TN $ $125,000 – 150,000 Responsible: for Multi-plant General Manufacturing Operations Management in production of DOT and commercial Pressure Vessels and Tanks in size of 5 to 420 lbs. Operations include production, materials, warehousing, distribution, Human Resources, Cost Control, business planning. Products must meet DOT and ASME welding standards. Develop business plans, budgets, manpower plans, forecast, implement lean manufacturing and six-sigma concepts. Will be responsible for moving the group forward in World Class Manufacturing in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Process Improvements, Six Sigma Concepts, Kanban, Kaizen, TQM, TPS, and TPM. Requirements: BS Engineering degree and MBA desired. Have managed multi pant operations management in metal forming, assembly, welding, warehousing and distribution, and streamlining operations. Have a proven track record of accomplishments in Manufacturing Management. Understand DOT Fuel Container regulations. Location: Nashville, TN with travel to plants. Compensation: package
